Hablaremos de la capitalización bursátil, que es el número de acciones que están circulando en el mercado multiplicado por el precio de cotización de la acción. Cuanto más suba el precio, mayor capitalización bursátil y mayor interés por parte de los accionistas. 

 

Cualquier accionista debe tener en cuenta el número de acciones, los derechos de suscripción que le van a ofrecer, cómo los puede canjear, etc.
