Borja de Castro, responsable de Bróker en Banco BiG, participó en el programa de educación financiera de Capital Radio, donde abordó de forma didáctica distintos productos de inversión accesibles para minoristas. Comenzó destacando la importancia de conocer bien cada instrumento antes de invertir. Habló de las acciones, señalando que los inversores noveles deben entender el riesgo, la necesidad de diversificación y el análisis de las empresas. Al tratar los índices, explicó que son una opción útil para quienes buscan exposición a un mercado amplio sin centrarse en compañías específicas.
Sobre los ETFs, recalcó su eficiencia, bajo coste y versatilidad, especialmente indicados para quienes buscan diversificación con gestión pasiva. En cuanto a los futuros, advirtió que requieren mayor conocimiento técnico y control del riesgo, por lo que son más adecuados para inversores experimentados o estrategias puntuales de cobertura. También analizó los bonos, subrayando la importancia de entender plazos, tipos de interés y riesgo de crédito. Finalmente, Borja insistió en la necesidad de alinear el tipo de producto con el perfil del inversor, su horizonte temporal y el contexto de mercado.
